The Process
This process is designed to be efficient, secure, and personalized. You choose the charts, and Med Audit will take care of the rest by providing a thorough analysis and educational guidance that supports lasting improvement.
- Up to 10 charts per provider may be submitted for audit.
- Each chart will be reviewed for:
- Accuracy
- Code and level selection
- Compliance with current guidelines and rulings
- Identification of educational opportunities
- Charts are submitted via a secure, password-protected folder with timed access.
- A comprehensive spreadsheet of findings will be shared.
- Results will be discussed with each provider via email.
- Educational materials will be included, such as cheat sheets, guideline links, and helpful tools.
- Services are available for three (3) months, including a progress assessment if needed.
- During that time, you may request unlimited educational support.
- All services and obligations conclude at the end of the 3-month period.
About The Services
Services are designed to be simple, transparent, and flexible. You will receive expert support at a flat rate with no hidden fees or long-term commitments.
- Flat rate: $50 per encounter, per provider, regardless of page count.
- Payment schedule:
- 50 percent due at contract signing.
- 50 percent due at completion.
- Secure online payment via credit card.
- You will receive a detailed invoice and receipt for all payments.
- If additional services are needed beyond the initial three months, pricing will be customized to your needs.
- Full-service renewals will receive a 10 percent discount.
